2. The welding seam can be selected as 2mm, 1mm, or micro seam. During the welding process, the upper and lower planes are automatically cleaned for quick cleaning. Due to the guide of extrusion knife, the cleaned welding seam is straight and beautiful.
3. The extrusion tool adopts high-precision alloy material cutting tools, which are precision machined after quenching. The tools are standardized and support tool exchange.
4. The motion part of this machine adopts high-precision precision linear square guide rails, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment.
5. Equipped with a color touch screen and Siemens PLC, it drives a large inertia servo motor to automatically complete the welding, transmission, and other tasks of window forming. The operation is convenient, and the performance is stable and reliable.
6. The X-axis adopts high-precision ball screw transmission, while the Y-axis adopts precision gear rack transmission, with fast transmission speed and high positioning accuracy.
7. The rack is welded with thick walled rectangular steel pipes, which have strong load-bearing capacity and are not easily deformed.
