3. The middle head adopts gear and rack transmission, which can automatically adjust the position of the head according to the width of the middle stile.The right crossbeam is opened and closed, and is driven by precision ball screws, with high accuracy and long service life.
4. The front and rear pressure clamps of the angle machine head are designed for lateral withdrawal, and the middle machine head is designed for overall backward withdrawal of materials. The machine head crossbeam can automatically discharge materials without large distance movement, ensuring a larger welding size.
5. Equipped with a color touch screen and well-known domestic PLC, it drives a large inertia servo motor. The program is specially developed for the door and window industry, and automatically completes the welding and transmission work of the finished window. The operation is convenient, and the performance is stable and reliable.
6.The rack can be manually stepped in and placed using thick walled rectangular steel pipes welded together, with strong load-bearing capacity and less deformation. The bed is detachable and convenient for transportation.
7.The motion part of this machine adopts high-precision precision linear square guide rails, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment.
