Main Feature
1. A specialised equipment used for processing plastic and steel pressure bars, which has completed 45° cutting and installation claw chamfering processing in one go.
2. Using CNC fixed length positioning, manually or on a USB drive, input the required length of the pressure strip, and then drive the positioning baffle to the desired cutting length position. The end of the manual pressure strip can be pushed onto the positioning baffle to cut. It is suitable for mass production, multiple varieties, and continous production of plastic steel wire pressing profiles.
3. Equipped with two 1.1kW high-precision spindle motors, the cutting saw blade has small swing, high cutting accuracy, low noise, and long service life.
4. The profile design is a universal base plate that provides horizontal pre pressure to avoid flashing defects caused by the thickness of glass or adhesive strips during assembly. When replacing profiles, there is no need to adjust the mold, resulting in perfect cutting effect.
5. The maximum cutting height can reach 40mm, which can cut circular arcs, irregular shapes, and special pressure lines, completely solving the problem of large cutting deviation in old-fashioned molds.
6. The operating position has been changed to a linear guide slider feed. The equipped drag frame is a brand new aluminum alloy profile structure, and the fixed length baffle is easy to adjust.
